Coaching with Achieve Unlimited IS challenging - you will be asked to revisit beliefs and ways of being – but you will NEVER be judged. We’re far too human and flawed ourselves to be throwing judgements at our others! Just because we’re coaches doesn’t mean we’re perfect – we make the same mistakes and face the same challenges as most people – it’s just that when we face them we pick ourselves up, brush ourselves off, do what needs to happen to move forward and get into action.

All our work takes place by phone – we don’t do face to face coaching – and that’s for a reason. 9 years coaching experience has led us to believe that telephone coaching is the most effective option available. It creates a sense of safety that is difficult to recapture in a face to face environment, it creates boundaries and a sense of structure that are core to the coaching relationship. And on a far more pragmatic level, it takes far less of your time to be coached by phone and can be delivered at a fraction of the cost of it’s face to face alternative.
We believe that at the core of any effective coaching relationship lies the effective chemistry of 2 people – a coach and a client. We will never take on a client who we think would be better served elsewhere. We want you to get the best value for money around – and if that means referring you on to one of our many associates and colleagues – that’s what we’ll do.
