Point B represents where you would like to be with your life and your business. While some people are really clear about what they want to achieve, for others the whole purpose of coaching is to help them uncover what it is that they really want in their business and their life.
The arrow represents your strategy for brindging the gap between where your life / business is now and where you would like it to be. For many clients coaching is about clarifying this strategy, working out what action needs to be taken, and creating ongoing motivation through accountability and feedback

Coaching supports you in overcoming the internal and external blocks which stand in the way of success. Whether blocked by a lack of confidence, support, skills, awareness or experience, coaching provides the accountability and insight needed to ensure consistent, effective action is taken.
