Developed from 16 years small business experience including 9 years coaching self-employed individuals, this 3 month programme is designed for people who are, or would like to be, new business owners.
The programme is based on the premise that you provide the dna from which your business will grow. How a fulfilling, successful and rewarding business will look, will depend very much on who you are and what life you are looking to create for yourself. With that in mind the programme helps you explore your:
- personal and business vision
- personal passion and business mission
- unique strengths and abilities
- individual needs
The business you create with these insights in hand will be one which really inspires and motivates you, and you will create it in a way which allows you to work from your strengths and abilities. During the programme you will create:
- a meaningful and powerful business plan
- a highly effective sales and marketing plan
Last but not least this is an action and awareness programme so not only will you develop your business strategy and plan, but from the start you will be taking action to build the business of your dreams.

This programme is ideal for people who want to transition out of full-time employment to working for themselves of for those who already have a business with up to 1 or 2 staff.
For this coaching programme clients pay £200 per month which includes all materials and 2 one to one coaching sessions per month. Alternatively if you and a group of colleagues/friends would like to work the programme together it can be delivered in a group format for between 3 and 5 people using Achieve Unlimited’s dedicated conference call facilities. For group coaching clients pay £100 per person per month, again for all materials and 2 group coaching sessions.
